OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST VACANCY
Based in Raheen, Co Wexford we are a community-based childcare
facility. We offer a range of high quality, affordable and accessible
childcare options to meet the needs of parents and children in their
early years and throughout their primary school life in a safe,
friendly, and child-centred environment. With strong roots in our
community, we pride ourselves on always making our service relevant to
the needs of the Users.
Due to continued expansion, we currently have a vacancy for an Office
Administrator / Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST
Reporting to the Childcare Manager this person will be the first point
of contact with clients, users, stakeholders, and our community. They
will provide administration support to management and members of the
wider team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
* Be professional and friendly with excellent interpersonal and
communication skills
* Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and can manage
a busy workload
* A high standard of Microsoft Office Suite is essential,
specifically Excel Spreadsheets
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Administer all bookings for Childcare Service including fees,
cancellations & Meal forms.
* Process in person & electronic payments
* Responsible for updating Database of Service Users.
* Prepare information for Pobal updates
* Manage meeting room bookings as required
* Assist with Event preparation
* Manage all requests for bookings, meal forms and cancellations
* Ad hoc tasks as requested by the Services Manager/Coordinator
